7th Annual Jackson Creek Community Garage Sale
Sell or shop for hidden treasures on Friday June 19th & Saturday 20th, 2026. This is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors, spring clean and of course shop too!
Shop, Sell, or Both... HOW IT WORKS
Shoppers : Jackson Creek is located off I -25 and Baptist Road in the city of Monument. This community has about 1200 properties. Many of these homes will be hosting garage sales in their driveways. Sellers : You are welcome to host a sale in your own driveway. The sale is advertised online, and signs will be posted a week prior to the sale by Tri-Lakes Real Estate Inc. This advertising will bring buyers to the neighborhood. Participants will post signs from your closest main road to direct buyers to your personal sale. A registration page found below will add your property location to my list. If you register, you will be put on a list of participating properties.

I did notify the Monument Goodwill of the community garage sale so they will hopefully be prepared to staff for numerous donations. They do not pick up donations so you will drop off on a first come first serve situation.

Pick up by reservation. You will need to call a few weeks prior to the sale to schedule your pick up from your property.
Yard Signs:
- Wait until the morning of the sale to put out your directional signs. This will prevent the sprinklers and rain from curling the edges making the signs illegible.
- It is best to use bright colored signs in all the same color and style.
- I will be bringing the buyers to the main community entrance, but you need to bring them with signs to your residence.
